Rental Rates

• $175 per night for 1 or 2 people, plus
• $25 each additional person, plus taxes (6% sales tax, 6% bed tax)

Reservation Policy

A 25% deposit secures your reservation. Deposit is refundable if summer reservation is cancelled by March 31st or 60 days prior to check-in, whichever comes first. (e.g. If reservation is for May 10 check-in, cancellation must be by March 10.)

Reservation must be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in or at time of booking if within 60 days of check-in.

We accept VISA or Master Card.
